Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
Maintains responsibility for financial and analytical support of all Subaru of America (SOA) product incentive programs, including monthly Subaru Motors Finance (SMF) program rollouts to the Field. Handles critical relationships with SOA sales operations and production management, as well as key external business partners including SOA's private label finance relationship with SMF. Leads development and maintenance of financial models for effective pricing analysis of SMF programs, as well as new vehicle sales penetrations and off-lease remarketing programs.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Leads staff of Incentives Analysts in creation, review, and distribution of monthly SMF Incentives programs. Independently conducts analysis of financial and market data from multiple sources to present credible Incentive Program plans.
