- Plan, allocate, and optimise engineering resources across multiple projects
- Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and deviations are communicated proactively
- Lead internal and external design reviews to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
- Ensure all designs meet required specifications, standards, and quality expectations
- Oversee CAD design activities, including 3D modelling and 2D drawing creation
