Job Summary
The incumbent will support the Regional Head of Compensation and Benefits in developing and delivering the Company's total reward strategies which support the Company in attracting and retaining talents.
As an integral part of the Regional Compensation and Benefits Team, he/she will manage compensation and benefits programs and processes partnering with the Group Companies' (GCs) HR Teams, to align with regional policies, ensure market competitiveness and compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and policies. This role is expected to work independently, applying sound expertise and judgment in supporting regional decision-making.
