Lead Pizza Chef for Luxury Resort Kitchen

One&Only Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Pizza Sous Chef to oversee the pizza-making process and assist the Chef de Cuisine at One&Only The Palm Resort. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in an upscale 5-star hotel or resort environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver top-notch service.

This role entails maintaining high customer relations standards, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations while fostering a creative work environment. Fluency in English and knowledge of an additional language is preferred.
