As part of the Portfolio Management Department, this position drives the management of diverse investments and joint ventures. We're looking for a candidate with extensive experience in Private Equity, investment banking, or similar fields to act as a shareholder representative, focusing on governance and value realization across portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate performance against original investment theses
• Identify risks and suggest strategic realignment
