Amphenol TCS de México, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for assembly, cable assembly, and molding processes for power connectors. You will ensure product development success while driving manufacturability, process stability, and continuous improvements.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant manufacturing experience. Strong leadership and understanding of manufacturing processes are essential.
