Summary
We’re hiring a hands‑on Design Leader to join our Fintech design team. Deel Fintech mission is to build the best experience in the world for paying and getting paid — globally, compliantly, instantly — as part of Deel’s all‑in‑one platform for hiring, managing, and paying talent. You’ll own design across our most visible Client and Worker experiences on Web and Mobile — touching products used daily by hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of workers worldwide.
What you’ll do
- ~30% Vision. Partnering with PDE Directors to shape where Client and Worker experiences should go next. Connecting dots across journeys. Rethinking the existing paradigms. Challenging the status quo.
