The Lead Product Manager, Strategy & Innovation drives high-impact initiatives across Digital Guest Experience, shaping strategic direction and investment decisions with a strong focus on AI-enabled capabilities and emerging guest-facing opportunities. Operating at the intersection of product strategy, innovation, and execution, this role transforms complex, cross-domain ideas into clear, validated product initiatives that can scale within core product roadmaps. Working closely with product leaders and cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Commercial, Operations, and Analytics), the role ensures innovation is aligned with business value and translated into actionable plans. Rather than managing day-to-day product operations, the focus is on identifying, structuring, and maturing strategic opportunities—such as AI-assisted experiences and new interaction models—until they are ready for broader execution and long-term impact.
