Pearson Carter are currently working with a global Kiwi tech company building smart solutions used worldwide. As the business continues to scale, they are placing quality at the centre of their engineering function and are now hiring a Lead QA to drive testing excellence across the platform.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape QA strategy, improve testing frameworks, and embed a strong quality‑first culture across engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve QA processes and testing frameworks
• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing
• Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams
• Identify risks early and drive practical quality improvements
