What You’ll Do:

  • Inspire & Lead: Motivate and manage your on‑site FSR team ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and site requirements.

  • Manage the Schedule: Oversee the team roster, delegate tasks based on priorities, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

  • Be the Communication Bridge : Serve as the key point of contact for both our customers and CAE management, fostering open proactive communication.

  • Champion Technical Excellence: Track technical issues on simulators, collaborate with tech leads to resolve challenges, and implement mitigation plans to minimize downtime.

  • Own Logistics: Manage on‑site parts and logistics, ensuring everything needed for success is always at hand.
