The Role
You’ll sit at the core of engineering:
- Own architecture across key product areas
- Build end-to-end systems (FE → BE → data)
- Write the hard stuff: high-impact, high-leverage code
- Work directly with product on what to build, not just how
- Spot scaling issues early and fix them
- Mentor engineers and raise the bar
