What is the Opportunity?

Aecon Green Energy Solutions is an independent and wholly owned subsidiary of Aecon Group Inc., bringing energy solutions to customers in Ontario. This includes a wide range of energy solutions such as geothermal and solar solutions for both new build and retrofit applications.


The Lead Solar Installer is responsible for coordination and installation of solar systems.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Maintain adherence to Company policies, environmental health and safety policies and good housekeeping practices.

  • Installation and coordination of solar projects

  • Support site set up planning, including logistics coordination and equipment delivery.

  • Train and coach best practices for installation of equipment and solar components
