Conrad Dubai, part of Hilton, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team, ensuring high food quality and compliance with HACCP standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef experience, particularly in Mediterranean or Greek cuisine.
