Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to associates on day-to-day processes and escalated items related to Client Services.
  • Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision making.
  • Promote efficiencies within the department by coordinating the review of procedure updates and implementing changes as directed and overseen by manager.
  • Coordinate with management to establish measures of performance for the department, track performance, and provide input for employee performance reviews.
  • Ensure completion of recurring and routine audits, reporting, and projects on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Assist teams with daily processing, quality control, and escalated service calls as needed, and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
