Lead System Support Engineer - CREQ195578 Description
  • Candidate should have hands on experience in handling windows/MAC OS and laptops Hands on experience in rolling out windows updates.
  • Should have experience in handling IT incidents and service requests organization
  • Should be capable to handle IT change requests including migration of on prem to cloud.
  • Should have an expertise in creating server backups, replacing server backups as rollback plan when there is a failure of any applications
  • Should be an expertise in handling IIS operations including creating/updating new IIS Sites and IIS servers
  • Should have experience in handling DR processes during severe outages
  • Should have experience in Azure cloud and Terraform
  • Should be able to write code using Terraform
  • Have managed services in Microsoft Azure and preferably have Azure certifications knows Azure VMs and SQL Mis
