Lead, Talent Acquisition – Front Office Investment Recruiting This role is based in Toronto and reports to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for front office and investment-related roles from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and senior business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Provide real-time market intelligence on talent pools, competitor activity, and compensation dynamics.
Conduct proactive market mapping and direct sourcing of passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry relationships; design and execute targeted talent mapping strategies.
