LEAD TECHNICIAN

Your Tasks

• Respond to jobs within customer contractual SLA’s.
• Deliver drying and fire restoration services to the highest standard, in line with BELFOR training.
• Project manage the complex restoration works, working alongside internal and external customers.
• Produce detailed RAMS, CDM, CPP, in line with the procedures set out by the BELFOR H&S and compliance department. This information is compulsory on every job.
• Using the control measures detailed in the risk assessments and following the procedures outlined in the method statements, ensure that a safe system of work is maintained at all times throughout the duration of the contract.
• Action any non-conformance and compliance issues raised within the agreed timeframes, set out by the Field Manager.
• Ensure that all relevant information is shared and understood by the parties.
