Sikich is seeking a Transaction Advisory Assistant Manager/Manager with 10+ years of experience, including minimum 5 years of experience in financial due diligence and related areas for the US market is preferred. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic advice to clients across various industries
Position Level: Manager / Senior Manager / Associate Director (title to be determined based on the candidate‘s experience, qualifications, and overall fit).
