Job Description
Support and manage Microsoft Windows Server environments both on-premises and in the cloud. Design, support, and administer Exchange Online, Azure, Intune. Maintain public DNS with in-depth knowledge and experience. Manage and administer Windows Server operating systems and server roles. Troubleshoot OS-related issues, including memory dump analysis and performance tuning. Implement server security hardening measures such as patching, antivirus, IPSec encryption, and security policies. Manage Microsoft Failover Clustering and Network Load Balancing (NLB) services. Design server infrastructure across various hardware platforms with expertise in storage, networking, and firewalls. Use PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency. Implement and manage server roles/services including: IIS, FTP, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, DFS, DFSR, NPS Develop repeatable solutions to enhance operational efficiencies.
