Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate completion and base maintenance, modification, activities in compliance with approved data and supervisor directives
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with airworthiness standards, company procedures, and VIP quality expectations
- Monitor and enforce strict compliance with work sign-off procedures, tool control, and documentation requirements
- Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery in line with demanding schedules
- Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Act as certifying staff to release aircraft into service and perform double inspections
- Ensure full compliance with Part-21 and Part-145 regulations, including inspections, torque application, locking devices, sealing, inserts installation, ...
