Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center in Singapore is looking for participants for their Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) program. This 36-month program focuses on developing high-caliber business professionals skilled in restaurant operations. Participants will train and consult for franchised Operators during new restaurant openings and support Chick-fil-A Singapore Staff. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. The role requires occasional travel and weekend availability.
