Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision, mission, and goals.
  • Lead the design and implementation of programs, frameworks, and initiatives to build leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in L&D to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
