Join St. Leonard's Community Services as a Program Manager for the Cody Centre. Support community reintegration efforts for clients transitioning from Federal Institutions.
In this senior role, you'll manage the Cody Centre's operational functions, ensuring effective program delivery and staff support. Your expertise in leadership and social services will be critical in developing programs that facilitate successful community integration, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staff performance and development programs
