Overview

A Leading Expert – Storage is sought by this expanding multi-national to be based at their R+D Labs in Zurich. The Leading Expert – Storage will be responsible for both a team of highly qualified Research Engineers and for hands on research and development into emerging next generation storage technologies. The Leading Expert – Storage will spearhead the research of storage media systems (NAND, SSD, emerging media) redefining trade-offs between performance and power coupled with shaping next generation AI ready data infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of highly qualified Research Engineers in R&D on next generation storage technologies.
• Own hands-on research and development into storage media systems (NAND, SSD, emerging media) and define trade-offs between performance and power.
• Shape and advance AI-ready data infrastructures aligned with storage system capabilities.
