Responsibilities
Proven experience in optimally deploying Lean and Six Sigma Lean Six Sigma Principles, System, Tools, Training and Methodologies.
Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
Responsible for the processes improvements in the Operations chain, including safety, quality, production and material handling.
Leads the Lean activities in operations to achieve results based on strategy deployment.
Creates strategic lean transformation plan and drives preparation and execution of improvement efforts throughout the facility.
Tasked with the development and implementation of the lean cost savings annual plan.
