Raytheon ELCAN is seeking two experienced Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Leads. Reporting to the Operations Managers, you will spearhead process improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies will be essential in optimizing performance and achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive LEAN methodologies to optimize facility performance
• Partner with leaders to identify and implement process improvements
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement
• Utilize CORE tools like Value Stream Mapping and 5S
• Monitor effectiveness of LEAN initiatives and update leadership
Requirements:
• Degree in Manufacturing, Operations, or related field
