Lean Outage Programs Lead — Productivity & Cost Reduction

FieldCore is seeking a Lean Projects Manager III to lead and manage Lean Projects in Mexico. This role involves advancing productivity tools and programs while collaborating with various teams to innovate and reduce outage costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power generation with significant field services experience, alongside effective communication and project management skills. A bachelor's degree and proficiency in English are required.
