Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of curricula, training programs, and learning pathways.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual learning and development plans.
- Ensure learning materials, assessments, and training resources meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
- Monitor curriculum effectiveness through evaluations, internal reviews, and performance metrics.
- Develop competency-based learning frameworks and career development programs.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify future capability requirements and workforce development priorities.
