KRA’s:
Researching training content to assist in creating training programmes that are aligned with the organization's objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are, in line with business needs and priorities.
Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles
Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems
Identifying and embracing different training techniques (e-learning, classroom trainings, coaching etc.) as per the content and requirement
Assist in coordinate with various stakeholders to organize and deliver training to various parts of business
Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required
