We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented Learning and Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of high impact development initiatives across our dynamic and fast paced organisation.

This role is critical in driving performance, strengthening leadership capability, and building a culture of continuous development across a diverse and geographically distributed workforce.
