Job Summary
The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The role focuses on training facilitation, instructional design, and training analytics to ensure learning initiatives are effective, engaging, and aligned with organizational objectives. The position also works closely with department leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs, measure training impact, and continuously improve learning programs.
