What You’ll Do
You will be part of a team of National Learning Specialists whose Firm Members depend on for guidance and support to keep them efficient and effective. Working alongside experienced team members, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills while engaging in a wide variety of activities, including:
Facilitate engaging on-site and virtual training for new and existing Firm Members, ensuring their growth and development.

Foster a supportive learning environment aligned with the Firm’s values and strategies by providing tools and activities that promote professional development.

Conduct technology-focused training sessions and coaching for staff and lawyers enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Observe and evaluate participant performance during training, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
