Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Engage and collaborate with the different functions to discuss training initiatives to align objectives, address needs, and ensure effective program outcomes

Perform the full business partnering and consultation cycle - needs assessment, analysis, provide learning solutions, monitor and evaluate results and impact

Provide high-quality, comprehensive and professional L&D advice, support service to assist in developing workforce capability

Handle small-scale projects and programs and function-wide initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives

Support organization-wide scale programs in the organization

Perform vendor management for courses necessary in the development of the program and be creative to maximize the use of the L&D budget

Utilize L&D best practice to find ways to improve our L&D approaches and to keep up to date with emerging L&D trends
