What you’ll do:
- Support children 1:1 or in small groups with SEND needs
- Help pupils access learning in ways that suit them best
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
- Encourage communication, social skills, and independence
- Celebrate every achievement - big or small
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting children with SEND (including ASD, PMLD, or other complex needs)
- A calm, patient, and positive approach
- Someone who builds trust quickly and offers consistency
- Good communication skills and empathy
