Learning Content Creator

We are seeking a Learning Content Creator with a heavy emphasis on multimedia production to spearhead the content strategy for our new global Learning Management System (LMS). At a scale of 6,000+ employees, our goal is to move beyond traditional click-next training. This role is onsite in Regina, SK.

In this role, you will be responsible for turning our internal knowledge base into a polished, world‑class digital library. You will be the bridge between workforce knowledge and high‑fidelity production, transforming educational intent into seamless digital experiences that drive organizational development. You will use your expertise in graphic design, AI, new media, and video storytelling to create a seamless, polished, and modern learning environment that employees actually want to use.
