Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning & Culture Manager to lead employee learning, development, and corporate culture initiatives at Allure Industries. This role is responsible not only for designing and managing Learning & Development (L&D) programs but also for actively facilitating training sessions, developing training modules and materials, and ensuring that all programs deliver measurable impact on both employees and business performance.
