About the role
We are seeking a Learning and Development Associate Manager to join our Retail Academy Team at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a key strategic part in designing, developing and delivering training and development programmed that enhance employee capabilities and support organizational growth. You will work collaboratively with senior leadership and operational teams to identify learning needs, create impactful development initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the company.
