Position Summary:You will serve as the leader of advanced selling skills development for all Nuveen distribution channels globally, while also acting as the Learning & Development lead for Global Institutional sales team in EMEA and APAC. In your primary capacity, you'll develop strategy, drive execution, measure impact, and facilitate the adoption of advanced selling skills and client engagement practices across Global Institutional and US and Global Wealth channels.
