Scope and Objectives
The Learning and Development Executive will have responsibility in designing and administrating a range of learning and development activities, workshops and projects. This role requires development and maintenance of robust learning and development systems and processes directed by Management. These will also include: managing corporate induction programs, workshops, training administration, performance development scheme arrangements, supporting the provision of management information as well as learning matrix administration and budget tracking.
