- Learning needs analysis and stakeholder consultation
- Identifying skills gaps, skills priorities, performance challenges, and capability needs across the organisation.
- Partnering with Organisational Development Specialists to integrate leadership capability insights into talent, succession, and L&D plans, ensuring alignment between leadership development initiatives, organisational priorities, and future L&D capability requirements.
