About the job

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our client's team and support end-to-end learning administration and HR operations processes. In this role, you will manage learning systems, support training program setup and execution, and ensure accurate processing of learning requests, records, and transactions. You will work closely with stakeholders, learners, and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of learning services, compliance with governance standards, and efficient resolution of system and service‑related issues.
