We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that elevate employee capability and strengthen organizational performance across a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training materials and learning experiences to support employee development initiatives.
- Deploy and update learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and SharePoint sites as needed.
- Analyze learner needs and business challenges to create targeted, effective training programs and recommend learning solutions.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and adjust content to ensure program effectiveness and learning impact.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and HR partners to gather content and align learning efforts.
