Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business partners and HR teams to optimize talent development processes and workflows. Analyze current talent development programs, identify gaps, and propose process improvements. Design, implement, and monitor scalable solutions for learning, training, and development initiatives. Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent development processes. Ensure adherence to internal standards, regulatory requirements, and business policies. Partner with cross-functional teams to enable smooth execution of talent initiatives and process automation. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management efforts to support new process adoption.
