Job Description

The LMS Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and data integrity of the organization’s LMS (Valamis). This role ensures a seamless learning experience by maintaining accurate training records, supporting program execution, and identifying system improvements in collaboration with L&D Operations and Instructional Design.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer LMS users, roles, permissions, and course configurations
  • Manage enrollments and track completions across online and instructor-led programs
  • Maintain accurate training records and perform routine data audits
  • Support reporting by validating LMS data and assisting with analysis
  • Troubleshoot system, access, and enrollment issues; escalate when needed
  • Contribute to process documentation and ensure consistent workflows
  • Partner with Instructional Design and L&D teams to support program delivery
