Job Description
The Learning Partner is a strategic learning leader and trusted advisor to business leaders. The role is accountable for shaping and delivering enterprise and business-unit capability agendas, translating business strategy into impactful learning solutions, and building a sustainable learning culture across Ashok Leyland.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary learning advisor for assigned businesses / functions, deeply understanding business strategy and capability priorities.
