• Oversee the utilization of SuccessFactors Talent suite, ensuring the smooth launching and closing of processes.
• Administers the Cornerstone LMS, and other LXPs
• Organize learning content intuitively, user-centered, making it accessible to employees.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Learning Teams to integrate talent management processes and systems.
• Leverages user-centered design principles and Agile methodology.
