About The Role Ark Academy is seeking passionate, proactive and flexible Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across our all-through setting. 
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and the Inclusion team to support pupils both within the classroom and through targeted intervention provision. This role requires strong relationship‑building skills, adaptability, professionalism and a commitment to inclusive education. 
LSAs at Ark Academy play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, develop independence and make strong academic and pastoral progress.
