Learning Support Practitioner – Secondary SEN Provision
Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for a secondary school in Winchester with a dedicated SEN Provision. The school offers a supportive and structured environment for students with a range of additional needs, providing targeted interventions and personalised learning support.

We are looking for a Learning Support Practitioner who can make a positive impact on students’ academic progress, confidence and wellbeing.

We are seeking candidates who:
Demonstrate patience, empathy and a calm approach

Build strong, positive relationships with students and staff

Adapt support to meet individual learning needs

Celebrate and encourage student progress at all levels
