Role Overview

The Manager, Learning Technology & LMS Operations leads a team responsible for the operational health, continuous improvement, and delivery of WBD's learning technology ecosystem. This role manages day‑to‑day platform execution and vendor partnerships across Workday Learning and the broader federated LMS landscape, ensuring reliable learning delivery, compliant tracking, and a consistent employee experience.

Responsibilities

Team Management & People Leadership:

  • Translate approved objectives for Learning technology into team work plans and weekly schedules, with clear priorities, deliverables, and due dates.
  • Make near‑term staffing assignments across the team of 5 (Sr Analysts, Functional Lead, IT BA) to execute agreed work plans; rebalance coverage as priorities shift across BAU support, enhancements, testing, and reporting deliverables.
