Job Description
- Generate billing entries for tenant recharges and rental charges, including preparing PDF invoices and distributing them to tenants.
- Prepare cash receipt applications and book incoming rent and recharge payments.
- Support tenant communications regarding outstanding payments and assist in resolving lease-related issues.
- Prepare weekly debt reports, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow‑up on outstanding rent.
- For property acquisitions: review lease documentation, interpret legal terms and assist in setting up lease administration files.
- For property dispositions, amendments and other updates: support the creation and maintenance of updated administration files.
- Liaise with tenants and third‑party service providers, offering information and assistance when needed.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries to help resolve operational issues efficiently.
